1. This machine is mainly applicable for producing the following products:
★ Suitable for common mode inductor winding with cross-winding method (compatible with ordinary winding method), using single-strand enameled copper wire.
★ Cross-winding method can handle wire length up to 2000mm, with wire diameter between 0.6-1.8mm (winding starts from one side of the coil).
★ Compatible magnetic ring range: outer diameter D18-45mm, magnetic ring height 5-20mm.
★ Machine production efficiency: depends on factors such as number of turns and wire diameter. For example, for a common mode inductor with cross-winding method, 1.2mm wire diameter, 28 turns per side, the output is approximately 80 pieces per hour.
2. Machine Structure and Characteristics:
① The machine uses a belt-type chute for feeding (or centrifugal disk automatic feeding). Workers arrange the magnetic rings in a row on the belt line (or directly pour them into the centrifugal disk), and the machine automatically loads the magnetic rings. The copper wire spool is placed on the ground. The machine automatically feeds and cuts the wire, automatically winds the wire, and automatically drops the finished product into the finished product bin.
② The machine uses hook-type winding. Dual-station design: the magnetic ring is wound with the N1 winding at the first station, then transferred to the second station for the N2 winding. Two products are wound simultaneously at both stations to improve production efficiency.
③ The machine intelligently monitors the automatic production process. If any abnormality occurs, the machine will automatically stop and display the cause of the fault.
④ The machine is equipped with a touchscreen interface, allowing flexible single-step operation and modification of various parameter settings, such as winding speed, wire spacing per turn, wire feeding length, etc. Production parameters for multiple product models can be stored.
⑤ The machine is convenient for product changeover. For changeover: the belt-type feeding can be adjusted by changing the width of the chute to accommodate different product sizes; for the winding and transfer gripper positions, simply replace the magnetic ring grippers without complex adjustments.
⑥ The machine uses mechanical grippers to hold the magnetic ring during winding and wire arrangement. The servo motor drives the gripper to rotate in a semicircle along a gear ring. The machine can achieve precise wire arrangement control for each turn, resulting in smooth and neat winding without crossing.
