For stripping triple insulated wire products, facilitating soldering, improving yield rate, reducing manual operation: workers manually load materials onto the track, and then mechanical and cylinder actions automatically push the material to the laser stripping machine for stripping. After stripping, it is automatically pushed to the automatic soldering machine for soldering.
The sensor probe detects the solder surface, automatically checks the solder surface height and records it.
The flux external storage box is equipped with a valve for control, and an automatic circulation device can also be selected. The flux tank is split into upper and lower layers for easy cleaning.
Solder scraping can be automatically scraped into the solder dross tank.
