The sensor probe detects the solder surface and automatically records the solder height by monitoring the level.
The external flux storage tank comes with a valve control, and an automatic circulation device can also be selected. The flux tank is split into upper and lower layers for easy cleaning.
Solder scraping can be automatically directed to the solder dross trough.
For single-product high-volume production, a single vibratory bowl feeder can be selected for automatic feeding.
For low-volume, multi-variety, and different-sized products, multiple pneumatic grippers can be selected.
