1. Introduction to FR-4 epoxy sheet products: This material is made from electronic-grade fiberglass cloth combined with epoxy resin, processed under high temperature and high pressure. It features high voltage resistance, excellent insulation performance, and fire resistance (fire rating 94V-0). It is mainly used in electronic transformers, inductors, electrical insulation, and other products. Our company provides full-process services for this product, including pressing, stamping, drilling and routing machining, PIN (dummy pin) insertion, and other processing steps. The fastest turnaround time is one hour for sample production, two days for mold making, and three days for mass production, achieving an industry-leading speed.

2. Metal stamping parts: Base materials include copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals, primarily in sheet form. Processing methods include single-stroke stamping and progressive stamping, combined with various surface treatment technologies such as electroplating with gold, silver, nickel, tin, zinc, as well as powder coating and baking paint. This enables rapid fulfillment of both small-batch and large-batch order requirements.

3. Introduction to electronic heat sinks (radiators): Base materials include aluminum sheet, aluminum profiles, copper, and other types. They are mainly used in high-power devices such as switching power supplies, power adapters, stepper drives, household appliances, etc. Processing steps include sawing, stamping, drilling, tapping, milling, wire drawing, sandblasting, anodizing, and riveting.

4. Introduction to aluminum alloy enclosures: Base materials include stamped aluminum sheets, aluminum profiles, and aluminum die-castings. Surface treatment methods include anodizing and powder coating.
