1. Introduction to FR-4 Epoxy Sheet Products: This material is made from electronic-grade glass fiber cloth combined with epoxy resin, produced under high temperature and high pressure. It features high voltage resistance, excellent insulation performance, and flame retardancy (with a flame retardant rating of 94V-0). It is mainly used in electronic transformers, inductors, electrical insulation, and other products. Our company provides full-process services for this product, including lamination, stamping, drilling and routing machining, PIN (dummy pin) insertion, and other processing steps. Samples can be produced in as little as one hour, molds in two days, and mass production in three days, achieving an industry-leading turnaround time.

2. Metal Stamping Parts: Base materials include copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals, primarily in sheet form. Processing methods include single-stroke stamping, progressive stamping, and others.
